Late Fees and Charges

Accounts 30 days past due are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (an annual percentage rate of 18%) or a minimum charge of $25, which will be added to the unpaid balance.

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you regret your purchase. Unfortunately, there will be a 3% transaction fee for all cancelled orders. Cancelled orders are those cancelled before the order has shipped, but after payment has been captured by the merchant processor.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and may cause a delay in shipping or additional, non-published fees.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be purchased by visiting the “Gift Certificates” section of our website and completing the required information. Gift certificates are nonrefundable.
